Welcome to Our Cabins

Our property features five comfortable guest cabins that can accommodate anywhere from 2 to 12 guests. Each cabin is just a short walk from our on-site restaurant and bar overlooking Lake of the Woods, giving you convenience and stunning views throughout your stay. We offer two large docks with hook ups at no extra cost!

Every cabin includes all the comforts of home, such as:

• Air conditioning & heat

• Full kitchen with refrigerator, stove with oven, microwave, coffee maker, pots, pans, dishes, and utensils

• Fresh pillows, bedding, and towels

• Hot and cold running water

• Three-piece bathroom with a flush toilet

• Flat-screen TV with Roku streaming

• WIFI access

Each cabin features its own private deck with a propane BBQ grill and tank, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors.

We also provide essential supplies, including garbage bags, dish soap, and toilet paper.

Thompson's Lodge Policies

All pricing for cabin rentals are in USD and are subject to 13% HST. Deposit of $200 per person is required to hold your reservation by check. Remaining balance is due in full upon check-in, payments accepted are check or cash.

Check in time is 3:00 p.m. & no later than 9:00 p.m. Check out time is 10:00 a.m.

2 bedroom cabin with 3 twin beds in each

Rate: $300 per night (4 person minimum)

Additional Guests: $75 per person

Cabin 2

Formerly Cabin 7

7 beds (sleeps up to 8)

Bedroom 1: bunk-bed with a Queen on the bottom, a twin above, and another twin bed

Bedroom 2: 4 twin beds

Rate: $300 per night (4 person minimum)

Additional Guests: $75 per person

2 beds (sleeps up to 4)

Bedroom with Queen and twin bed

Rate: $150 per night (2 person minimum)

Cabin 5: A-Frame

10 beds (sleeps up to 12)

Main level bedroom 1: 3 twin beds

Large upstairs loft: 3 queens & 4 twins

Rate: $375 per night (5 person minimum)

Additional Guests: $75 per person

Kids’ Rates

Kids under 8 stay FREE with 2 adults

Kids ages 8–15: Half price – $37.50

Cancellation & Deposit Policy

Due to Thompson’s Lodge’s small operational size and season, cancellations provide little opportunity to rebook open cabins. For this reason, all deposits are non-refundable.

• Deposit: $200 per person

• Deposits are non-refundable, but transferable to another date within the same calendar year, subject to availability

• Deposit Forfeit: Parties arriving with fewer guests than confirmed will forfeit the deposit for absent members

Payment & Pricing

• Payment in full is due on the day of check-in

• Remaining balance must be paid by cash or check (U.S. funds only) unless prior arrangements have been made

• Prices are subject to change and do not include taxes or gratuities

• 13 % HST is not included in quoted prices

Guest Registration & Stay Policies

• All guests must register in the restaurant upon arrival

• Late arrivals or early departures will be charged for the full time reserved, including cabin and equipment

• There is a two-person minimum per reservation

  • Please contact us regarding single-person reservations

Damaged Equipment

Due to the high cost of repair and replacement, guests are responsible for any physical damage to all lodge equipment during their stay.

• Check-In: After 3:00 PM and before 9:00 PM

• Check-Out: Prior to 10:00 AM
